Buffering?


I’ve recently taken up Yoga and love it! There is an upcoming Yoga challenge at the studio 30 classes in 40 days and I’ve signed up for the challenge. However, I’ve started to wonder if this is a form of buffering. There are some small projects that I want to complete, but yet haven’t at this point. I know I need to simply put them on my schedule and plan on not “feeling like it” when the time comes to complete those projects. Is my brain looking for novelty and an escape with the Yoga challenge?
