I have been working on wine consumption and have been successful at reducing to 2-3 times per week. However, what I have noticed is that the nights that I choose to drink wine, I am increasing from 1 to 2 drinks and then overeating as a result of inhibition loss. So…on the one hand I have been successful for the majority of the week, but the nights I am choosing to drink wine, I am way overindulging in food. I’d appreciate any thoughts on this.
