I find that I buffer a LOT.  This weekend I deleted Facebook and Instagram in effort to reduce my time on social media. It went good on Friday night and Saturday and most of the day Sunday. However by Sunday evening my urge to get back on these apps went through the roof.  I was in a LOT of discomfort and turned to food to feel pleasure.

I have recently done some work on overeating as well. I dislike when I buffer with food. Later I buffered with Netflix. That felt good. All my chores were done and I could finally relax.

I am finding that I buffer a TON. How do I reduce it? The seek for pleasure just moves from food to Social Media to Netflix.
