I overate and buffered with chocolates as I think the thought maybe this will make me feel good or better which created overdesire for the chocolate. I tried to think of another thought afterwards that food doesn’t make you feel better but my brain is rejecting as even though I know it’s only temporary the pleasure you get with the food, when I try to think that thought I think that’s a lie, I know it does make me feel better if only for a short period of time, do you have any ideas on a better thought to have
