I eat when I’m excited and when I’m having fun with Family and friends. I have tried to uncover a negative emotion driving it but I find I am usually experiencing a positive emotion. So good to know. Does Brooke teach about why we would buffer a positive emotion? Trying to find out why I do this. Thanks!
