My main goal is weight loss – I want to lose about 80 more pounds and that is supposed to be the goal I am working on this year. I am losing weight ever so slowly – up and down. During the time I have been working on weight loss – I have had a lot of improvement in the 2 other areas of my life I want to work on – home organization/decluttering and work happiness. I feel so much better but when I do my TDLs I notice I am focusing on work and home and not on weight loss. I’m trying to figure out how to go back to focusing on weight or do I need to drop the weight loss and go all in on one of the other areas.
