Down and dirty question protocol question:
I have been doing intermittent fasting for the last couple of weeks. I am not a coffee drinker but love matcha in the morning. I also do not tolerate dairy very well. So I’ve been making a “bulletproof matcha” with 3/4 c almond milk, 1/4 tsp coconut oil and 1 tbs of collagen for protein. Does this break my fast? I am still very hungry by 1 or 2pm when I have my first meal. Anyway to know if my insulin is getting woken up or if I am still in the clear?
