Buying flowers

C: Desire to buy flowers.
T: Don’t get used to this, you’re not going to always be able to buy whatever you want (it sounds like a concerned warning/threat from a parent or imaginary god-like figure)
F: Scarcity
A: Buy the flowers and feel guilty, wait for the other shoe to drop, I don’t take chances in my life (like changing my job to become a life coach), I pinch pennies
R: I don’t get used to buying flowers, and I don’t even enjoy them, and I don’t actually feel safe and secure from the money that I have. I perpetuate my scarcity mindset

My scarcity mindset is legit, coaches. Where do I even go from here? What is the best lesson to start with from the vault?
