buzzy feeling in my body

I’ve been eating on protocol for almost 5 weeks. No sugar, no flour, no snacking, lunch, dinner, IF.
Five pounds came off easily in a little over two weeks. During that time, I felt my body buzzing, like it was in overdrive, especially overnight. It wasn’t a bad feeling. It was interesting. I had trouble sleeping for a few nights and my breath became different in between meals.
Then after two weeks, that buzzy feeling disappeared, I no longer feel as hungry, and my breath is less intense. And, the scale hasn’t really budged since the first two weeks.
What do you think? Is this a normal part of the process? My goal weight is 115 pounds, and I’m currently at 123, at 5’2.
