C: It’s 3:30am, I’m awake, and I have thoughts
T: My mind just keeps churning so much negativity
F: frustrated
A: try to stop it. meditate. thought download. try to stay in watcher mode. argue with it. think I should be more evolved by now. think this shouldn’t be happening anymore after 4+ years in scholars.
R: I layer on more negativity (?). Stay awake longer fighting with my thoughts.
