C: Wake up in AM.

Can the circumstance “C” just be “wake up in AM”? I have been watching my first thoughts in the morning and they have been
T: I am a loser (and spirals into all the evidence of why I am a loser from there)
F: Hopeless
A: struggle to get going
R: not make as much progress on my goals.

I want to change that thought to

T: I am doing hard things now in order to create the future I want.
F: motivated
A: stick to schedule, get up and get ready
R: Get shit done

I just fear that I am missing something with regard to identifying my “c” line, but don’t know what else it could be other than just waking up. Thanks!
