Calendar Schedule With Weight Loss As My Goal

For this month’s work, I picked weight loss and following my protocol for 30 days as the activity that I want to get done. I’m having a hard time knowing what I need to put on my calendar every day and running a model on it. When I sketched out my calendar with my to do’s, it is mainly meal planning and prepping and grocery shopping weekly. So it feels like my schedule for the day is always the same and I’m doing the same thought download. Am I doing this incorrectly?
