I also just started intermittent fasting about a week ago (8 hour window/16 hour fast) and it’s going well so far! Your video, Intermittent Fasting 2.0, mentioned not restricting calories in a fast. Would doing that negatively affect my results if weight loss is my goal? I had reduced my calories down to 1100 from my normal averaging 1600. Should I go back to 1600 or around that? Or forget calories and just eat based on my hunger?
You also mentioned not doing the normal advice of small, frequent meals in the eating window but eating fuller meals that are spread out. Is that advantageous as well?
