I am going through stop overeating and am creating my protocol. I am doing my eating window from 12-8. Should I be shooting for a certain number of calories or just eating till I’m at a 2 for the two meals? I’m so stuck on my old thoughts of minimum 1200 calories, 2300 calories when I’m nursing, and 1700 calories on days when I’m exercising but trying to lose. Do I forgo the idea of calories all together? It’s such a hard switch to flip from my old way of doing things if that’s the case.
