Can a person have too many goals?

I have SO MANY THINGS I want to do… lots of goals. Things I’ve put off for years. My IMPOSSIBLE GOAL for 2021 is to play golf and shoot a score of 100 or less. But my list of goals is at least 8-10 other things as well. I’ve ranked them by difficulty and some are much easier to achieve than others. Should I concentrate on no more than 2-3 at a time or go all in one ONE until that is mastered and then move on?
