Can a thought ever be a C line?

I have the thought “I need a break” then I think “no you don’t it’s just a thought, you can change that.” I then few sad/tired/drained because physically and mentally I feel like I need a break but since “it’s just a thought” I don’t take a break and continue to push myself and end up being grumpy/sad/irritated.

My current model is
C – Thought “I need a break”
T- “No you don’t. It’s just a thought. You can change that.”
F- sad
A- continue working/caring for children/cleaning etc.
R- feel tired/sad/drained/unfulfilled/exhausted like I need a break.
