I am wondering whether / when a desired result or a wish can be put into the C-line:

C: I am currently on maternity leave, I’m due to return to work end of August, I want to return to work full time and not part time, husband is working full time, toddler will start pre-school in autumn, I manage a rental property that belongs to my husband and me, I am in CCP, I want to start working as a coach first as a side hustle and then grow into my own coaching business
T: I am putting too much on my plate

When is the wish to work full time / to start working as a coach on the side “provable in a court of law” enough for me to put it in the C-line? Do I need to have it written down somewhere, do I need to have told x number of people about it or do I have to have wanted it for x amount of time?
