I’ve been enjoying your entrepreneur course these past couple of weeks (even started a second small business last week) but I joined for Overdrinking.
I started today with my first brain dump and models. Not sure I’m getting this right. Can the Action and Result remain the same even after changing the Thought and Feeling?
The emotions are strong. I only have a small amount of alcohol in the house but I’m drinking it! When do I stop or cut back drinking? I thought I saw a video talking about making an appointment to drink 24-hours in advance but not seeing it in my workbooks. Maybe I missed it.
