Can feeling “tired” be a feeling, a thought, or a circumstance?

Can feeling “tired” be a feeling, a thought, or a circumstance?

I have been feeling tired lately. It’s winter where I live. I wonder whether the tiredness is a suggestion from thinking, “I’m tired.”

Or… am I actually physically tired as in C: I’m physically tired.

I wonder this as I think of Joe Dispenza saying that our mind is a placebo.

Can I *think* or *action* my way out of feeling tired?

(P.S. it’s not a problem that I feel tired. I can allow my body to rest if it physically needs to. I’m just wondering about the feeling of “tired” in regards to the Model.)

Thank you!
