I just joined Scholars after following Brooke for years and implementing what I could on my own. I’m so giddy, but I want my work to be focused and effective. I love the advice to dig into only one goal at a time. However, I am wondering if it would be too much to also do the Monday Hour One work in addition to weight loss work. It seems like a good idea to learn better time management, but I don’t want to overdo it. Thank you!
