I’ve woken up with anxiety everyday for years. It has gotten better, via coaching and therapy, but this morning it was acute. Can you check my model?

T: oh man, it’s back in full force. maybe the progress i’ve made isn’t real.
F: worried/anxious
A: worry
R: more anxiety
C: morning anxiety
T: it’s back and that’s ok. let’s continue to do the work.
F: curiosity, acceptance
A: allow it to be there, explore my feelings
R: continue the work on my anxiety
