Can you have a question in the T line? BL

I have a question about this model. It’s referring to a situation at work where a deal fell through. I’m trying to change the thought from “I’m a failure, I’m hopeless.”

C: Georgia sales opportunity
T: Can I walk this back? What can I learn from this?
F: calm, analytical
A: take action – gather more intel, reflect
R: something productive – either the opportunity moves forward, or I can learn

I’m not sure if the result totally proves the thought – it answers the questions but I don’t know if that’s the same.

Also, do I need to be more specific about the C line? I put “sales opportunity” but I think in the back of my mind I have “deal fell through” which is probably a thought and not a circumstance.
