Dear Brooke, often the intentional result I want to get is a feeling rather than a concrete outcome…e.g. I want to feel more joy or vitality or calm for its own sake rather than to get a particular result. In that situation can I put the feeling I want to create in the R line and think about what actions I need to feel that way, or should I simply focus on thoughts creating feelings and not worry about the A and R – does it matter? I’m sorry if this is a really basic question about the model! Thank you for you everything you create and share 🙂
