Can you share your “planning” process with an example?

Can you share your planning process? In episode 126 “the power of planning” you mentioned you shared your planning process with your Master Coaches and I was hoping you could share it with us as well.

I’m wondering a few things:

-How do you plan when you have a goal you want to achieve? And does it change if you don’t have a specific “goal”?
– What does your day look like? Your week? Your month?
– Do you write our your plan?
