Can you demonstrate this – Part II (Big Thank You)

I just want to say THANK YOU!! I was just perusing through the questions and saw this one. After watching the video, all I can say is WOW. Thank you so much, Ruth and Bev, and whoever asked this question so I could find it. This blew my freaking mind to see this in action. I so needed this!!

There’s a wonderful example of how to feel an emotion on the Buffering Coaching call for this month. You can find the call on this page of by searching for the video replay titled “Buffering Coaching Call with Bev”.

The coaching segment begins at minute 24:10.

Notice how the client experiences the emotion and doesn’t act on it (escaping), but rather she continues to move forward in corresponding with the coach – the feeling the emotion doesn’t hold her back.
