I’m intermittent fasting and clean eating.Eg of today’s protocol is:
Lunch 2 sausage and 1 Egg (sometimes 2 slices of bacon)
Dinner 150g (including gravy) of a Jeto chicken curry and handful of rice
You hurt 2tbs, 4 strawberries and 5 walnuts
This is all eaten in window of 12-9
I’m not usually hungry after something like this and sometimes can’t finish the whole meal coz I’m full.
Can you not eat enough? If IF I would think the less amount of food the less insulin needs to be released and more energy coming from fat stores…,Thoughts please
