Can you please help me to review my model & provide suggestions. thank you


I am in a weight loss program and for the last two weeks have not been following my food plan. I have been eating larger portions and not listening to my hunger signals. I am ready to stop this but I have so many thoughts and fears about how hard it will be.

C: I am on a weight-loss program. I have daily food journals to show I have not stayed on plan for 2 weeks.
T: it’s going to be so hard to stay on plan and be consistent.
F: worry
A: ruminate about how hard it’s going to be to stay on plan, disaster plan how I’m not gonna stay on plan, visualize how hard it will be to sit and allow an urge, negative self talk, pity party, eat off plan
R: I don’t get back on plan because I’m focusing on the opposite happening.
