Can you recommend a workbook / worksheets for taking action


Hi, there. I have found this wonderful booklet on “Why You Aren’t Taking ACTION and How to GET IT DONE.” It’s a wonderful piece on topics like: compassion; expecting / overcoming obstacles along the way; consuming vs. creating.

There are also in the Study Vault more pragmatic workbooks and worksheets on making and implementing to-do lists and plans. Here’s an example: Make Your Ideas Reality.

Here’s the question: Is there a booklet that combines the two parts? I’m looking for something that discusses how to have compassion for oneself, and questions to ask to identify emotions holding us back, PLUS worksheets to get through those questions and apply them to action.
