I am a few weeks away from quitting my job to being home to work on our business. These past few weeks my coaches have held me get really good at feeling worry and nervousness.
I want to start dreaming of what’s possible and giving air time to the best case scenario but every time I start to think my brain gets distracted and I never finish dreaming. I’m not sure how to put this in a model or what feeling I should cultivate to fuel the action of dreaming
