Cannot get on track

I’ve returned from vacation 10 days ago and cannot get myself back on track. I feel everyone is still enjoying time off, it is the middle of the summer and I just want to leave on vacation again.

I have started Monday hour one, but failed to stick to my program even the first hour of the first day (and it’s going downhill from there). I made the resolution to be drink-free during weekdays and yet by Tuesday I crave a glass of wine and on Wednesday I open the bottle. I don’t know where to start to get back on track, find motivation and remain focused.
