Can’t find a believable better feeling thought


Here is my current unintentional model:
C: acne on my face
T: this looks terrible. I’m so ugly because of it
F: embarrassment
A: obsess about it all day. Touch my face constantly.
R. Acne gets worse because of all the face touching.

I just can’t find a better feeling thought about this circumstance that is believable to me. And God knows I need to change that model… This has bothered me for the last 15 yrs!

Can you help me with that?
