I was doing so well with my protocol – but for the past week my eating seems to be out of control – i feel panicked, ashamed, sad that all my hard work is gone, worried what all this food is doing to my digestive system…How can i turn this around and get back on track tomorrow – NO MATTER WHAT?!
I don’t want to keep living like this – make a little progress in my weight loss goal then ruin it all…I am super bloated right now; i just ate all this food and i’m about to go get more – how do i make this stop?!
