I am trying to become a morning person. It would be the best time for me to get my workouts in since I work full time and have two small kiddos. I think ‘okay I will wake up early tomorrow and finally do it and then find myself hitting snooze and it never happens. I don’t get what my block is. I want to do it. So why can I just not do it? The extra 20 minutes of “on and off” snooze with an alarm going off every few minutes is not really that beneficial anyway. Any tips on how to figure out my roadblock?
