Can’t/Don’t follow my drinking plan

My food is spot on…I have lost 45 pounds and follow my plan great. But my drinking plan isn’t coming along so well. I no longer drink daily, which is great. But when I do choose to drink, in advance, I don’t stick to the limit I set for myself. I go overboard everytime. What advice do you have for me? What plan do you think I should use to get to the point of being able to have 2 glasses of wine and stopping. I never thought I could get my food cleaned up and I have. I am determined to stop overdrinking as well.
