Capacity to Have


I’ve listened to this week’s podcast 3 times. It keeps blowing my mind. My question is – does this apply to even small successes and/or when we start to approach our accomplishing our goals? I tend to get very close to achieving my goal 100% and then stay stuck just short of achieving it. For example, I’ve been 8-10 pounds shy of my goal weight for 6 months. I can’t quite determine if it’s the success I’m resisting or if I’m buffering by getting to focus on this goal/problem. I’ve got other examples in my life where this is happening.

Are there questions I can ask myself to get some clarity? Can it be both?
