Hi, Brooke. I am wanting on your opinion. I don’t eat breakfast and don’t eat until 12:30 every day. But, I do have a 12-16 oz cappuccino, which has at least a cup of whole milk in it. Do you think this is still considered fasting in the morning? I know if I didn’t have this I would get hungry earlier than 12:30, but, I’m sure, the fat in the milk keeps me satiated in the morning.
