Carbs


Hi Brooke, I’m waiting to get full access to SCS in April, I want to end my bingeing and I was interested in the new program you had developed on weight loss. Can you tell me what will be available to do coursework wise and how I should start off. I was doing better with my overeating until I reintroduced carbs into my diet, I was doing NSNF prior and since introducing them back I’ve been having lots of urges and going off my plan regularly. Should I switch to trying to eat whole food carbs only? Yesterday I think I had a sugar craving for the first time physically but I’m not sure, I just felt something in my stomach but it wasn’t my usual hunger symptoms. I had already had dinner and had protein, healthy fats and veggies but I kept having this sensation in my stomach like it wasn’t right or satisfied. I didn’t respond to it for a while but it stayed there so I thought maybe it’s hunger and ate some carbs but I ended up overeating in the end. I’m feeling stuck and frustrated as before having the carbs I followed my plans better and managed my urges better but I want to be able to have carbs. I’m practising daily thoughts and doing models but I don’t seem to be able to break the pattern so I’m thinking I’m stuck and frustated. I’m really looking forward to the 1st April but I was wondering if you could help me until then as I want to end my overeating soo much
