I am fostering a cat right now. I already have two cats. I am considering keeping this cat. My homeowner’s association says we can only have two, but we would just infinitely foster him. I also think we might just be keeping him because we found out we can’t have kids. I would like to have something to take care of though. How do I decide whether or not to keep him?
