Catching the feeling for binge eating


I’m working on stepping into awareness when I binge eat. Since practicing models and taking the overeating courses, the binge eats have reduced significantly. They were happening 1-2 times per week and now it’s been over 3 weeks since I’ve had one. I’m gaining more and more awareness but still operate from my primal brain.

I’ve spent some time reflecting on what thoughts could be under the surface. I cannot pin point a specific thought yet but I notice it typically only happens when I am tired.

Can I start in the feeling line and try to work out from there? Is tired a feeling or a sensation?
