I recently have been experiencing self worth struggles around seeing my peers making more money than I am.

Because of this, I want to make more money. Making more money however seems out of reach to me, I have thoughts that it’s impossible. But the issue is that I’ve found myself caught between choosing to chase more money and then I feel guilty because I think that my reasons are unhealthy, while at the same time if I don’t chase the money I feel like I’m giving into the thoughts of “I can’t do it”.

I’m not sure what to do. Am I looking at this problem wrong?
