It seems like your model is based off of CBT. I am an educational psychologist and Dean of Student Success at a College. I often work with students who are struggling with anxiety, procrastination, feeling overwhelmed, etc using CBT. Can you please explain why you use Circumstance-Thought-Feeling-Action-Result instead of Thought-Feeling-Behavior-Action? I want to do what will be most effective for my students and your explanation will help me resolve which thought model I should use with them and why.
