Change Negative thoughts and feelings into Positive thoughts and feelings.

I had submitted this question on the Q & A call yesterday (Monday 8-7). Time ran out so I will submit it here.

I have lived in a life of fear, anxiety for so long that I realize that is how I perceive most situations in life. It seems as if my thoughts and feelings have been mostly negative. The thoughts that are key to these emotions do not come to my mind. The positive emotions like joy, enthusiasm, amusement and excitement to name a few I do not experience.
Please help me to change this pattern. Thank you for all you have put into your work and the 200% you give to us.
