Change The Station


For me, my brain plays the same negative thoughts the moment I rise and the ‘station’ it’s on is always broadcasting thoughts that create desire to overeat and procrastinate on my business. Every Single Damn Day!

Now that I understand that it has innocently been programed according to the old motivational triad, I understand that it’s almost as if I need to rise in the morning and first thing, before anything else, change the station, so to speak, otherwise, by 7am I am already sitting in a cafe, eating bagel with cream cheese and drinking a Cappuccino….

I am a new scholar and wanted your tip as to when is it that you actually sit down and dedicate time to self-coach?
