I’ve been studying the “Change Your Past” material and can see the value of rewriting your story as positive rather than negative. But I feel really angry about doing that. I’ve experienced many years of familial abuse that was minimised, denied and blamed on my “defects”, and I’ve only recently got more clarity about it. Rewriting these events in a positive light feels like re-minimising them! (But I also think this resistance means it’s an important area for me to work on.) Can you help please, coaches?
