Changes in coaching for BLM

I was watching a coaching call with a coach I love from last year. A black woman was asking about coaching around George Floyd’s death. The coach told her that racism is a T.

I agree with the woman being coached that racism is a C. I think it can be clearly measured. A greater percentage of black folks are arrested without cause, killed by police, and imprisoned than white folks. Same with Hispanics, and clearly people are racist against Asians in the US. I want to believe this because I am educated, empathetic, and observant.

Are there updated resources excluding the black scholars panels (which I have watched and loved). And have there been any changes to the school and how folks are coached surrounding this issue? Thanks.
