Why is it a problem if you feel hunger or less than satisfied?
This question really got me thinking.
I don’t think feeling hungry is a healthy thing? I would like to lose weight and not have to starve myself.
When I’m hungry I feel dizzy, lethargic, headachey, grumpy, tired and so much more. I can’t show up as my best self- workout or do my work at the level that I would like.
I feel that that is why it is a problem to be hungry. If your body has natural cues that help you be your best weight, then why am I overweight at mine?
I have tried to sit with this hunger and it just happens that I end up feeling very weak, tired and just overall terrible.
