I have been doing a lot of models and am starting to see a theme with them. I know this is now judging my thoughts. I have realised in almost every situation I am giving away my power, being a victim or thinking I’ll fail so I won’t try.
I know models are very specific but is there a generic range of thoughts I could call upon to use as a bridge thoughts when I feel like something is just too big of a change the believe that new thought?
