Changing My Mind About What Happened Yesterday

I had a difficult conversation with my clients yesterday about why their house isn’t selling (I am a Realtor) – they were upset that it has been on the market 40 days with no offers, and they threatened to terminate our contract. I talked them into sticking with me and assured them that I was dedicated to helping sell their home. I also convinced them to lower the price. I just sat down to Day 25 in my workbook and it says “what wasn’t great about yesterday and how can you change your mind to make it great?” …. talking someone out of firing me isn’t “great”, and I am not sure how to make yesterday better than mediocre. Do I need to do more thought work on this or is it normal to have mediocre moments that you just can’t elevate to greatness?
