Changing my Protocol


Hi Brooke,
I’m new and perhaps I don’t completely understand how to make or find a protocol correctly. My original protocol was fast after dinner around 7pm, fast for 15 hours, then eat at 10:30,2;30 and 7ish. Then life happens…
Sometimes I get up later, my once a month book club is at 4 (this Friday) and I don’t know what food the host will have, and I’ll be visiting my son next week, and they probably don’t eat at those hours,so…
How do I maintain a protocol when things like this happen, because if I tweak it to fit different circumstances it’s no longer a protocol,right?
