Changing Thoughts


This isn’t really a question, just sharing an experience. I’ve been in Scholars since October, and last night, I had a dream that I was walking through a parking garage when a man came running after me. I felt all of the panic and I swear it wasn’t just in my dream that my heart was pounding, I was pretty terrified and couldn’t run away from him. Then I clearly had the thought, “This is only as bad as the thought you have about it.” I instantly calmed down and turned to face him. Then the dream was over and I woke up, so I have no idea of the outcome. I guess this must be working for me if I’m working on changing my thoughts even in my nightmares!
